US 113 is a US Highway in the US state of Delaware. The road forms a north-south link in the southeast of the state, between the Maryland border at Selbyville and SR-1 at Milford. Before 2006, the route continued to the capital Dover, up to US 13. The road is 58 kilometers long and has 2×2 lanes in its entirety.

Travel directions
At the village of Selbyville, US 113 in Maryland from Ocean City and Norfolk enters the state of Delaware and then continues north in 2×2 lanes. The road has a central reservation and emergency lanes, but most intersections are at ground level. The road then crosses the coastal plain to the north, occasionally through small forests and frequently crosses other State Routes. At the small town of Georgetown, one crosses US 9, the main road from Laurel in the southwest to Lewes, the ferry service to New Jersey. At the town of Milford, US 113 ends at SR-1, the 2×2 highway along the east coast of Delaware.

History
Created in 1926, US 113 began more logically in the capital city of Dover on US 13, but was shortened in 2004 to Milford, about 15 miles south of Dover, on State Route 1. The US 113 is a fairly important road for through traffic and is fully equipped with 4 lanes.
Traffic intensities
In 2011, 12,800 vehicles drove daily at the Maryland border, increasing to 26,000 to 34,000 vehicles at Georgetown and 16,000 to 20,000 vehicles further to Milford.
