Interstate 110 or I -110 is an Interstate Highway in the US state of Mississippi. I-110 forms a spur from I-10 to the coastal city of Biloxi and is 7 kilometers long.

I-110 begins on a cloverleaf with I-10 and is an extension of MS-15/MS-67, which is a 2×2 divided highway. I-110 heads south through the towns of D’Iberville and Biloxi, with a movable bridge over the Back Bay of Biloxi. Biloxi is on a peninsula, I-110 terminates at a junction with US 90, with the connecting roads overhanging the open sea.
History
The I-110 was built relatively late, only when the I-10 through Mississippi was completed. Most of it, including across the Back Bay, opened in 1981, but the southernmost 2 kilometers didn’t open to traffic until 1988.

Every day, 45,000 vehicles cross the I-110 interchange and 51,000 vehicles cross the bridge over the Back Bay of Biloxi. This drops to 27,000 vehicles at US 90.

Interstate 220 or I -220 is an Interstate Highway in the US state of Mississippi. The highway functions as a bypass of the capital Jackson, and is 19 kilometers long.

The highway begins on the southwest side of Jackson, at the interchange with Interstate 20, the highway from Shreveport to Birmingham. The highway has 2×2 lanes and runs through the wooded western neighborhoods of Jackson. Jackson has 177,000 inhabitants, and has an agglomeration of 529,000 inhabitants. It crosses US 49, which runs to Yazoo City and Indianola as a 2×2 trunk road. On the north side of Jackson, at Ridgeland, I-220 joins Interstate 55, the highway from New Orleans to Memphis.
History
The highway will be opened in two phases. In 1980, a 6-mile detached stretch between US 49 and Hanging Moss Road opened in north Jackson. In 1981, the remaining sections opened, north to I-55 and south to I-20.

Every day, 60,000 vehicles drive on the west side of Jackson and 50,000 vehicles on the north side of the city.

Interstate 269 is an Interstate Highway in the US state of Mississippi. Together with Interstate 269 in Tennessee, the freeway forms a partial ring road around the city of Memphis and its suburbs. The Mississippi route is 42 kilometers long.

I-269 begins as a continuation of Interstate 69 from Tunica, its starting point is at the interchange with I-55 near Hernando. I-269 has 2×2 lanes and runs east through the sparsely built- up Memphis exurbs that are located in Mississippi. The highway has numerous local exits but does not directly serve larger suburbs. Near Byhalia, a cloverleaf trail follows I-22, after which the highway turns more north through wooded areas. Then the border with the state of Tennessee follows, after which Interstate 269 in Tennessee continues north around the eastern suburbs of Memphis.
History
Memphis originally only had a minor beltway around its urban core, Interstate 240 in Tennessee. Over the years, the suburban area has grown well beyond I-240, and today the vast majority of the urban area is outside I-240. That is why a second ring road was necessary, this became I-269, as an auxiliary route of Interstate 69. I-269 passes through both Tennessee and Mississippi.
On October 3, 2006, the westernmost portion of the beltway that is part of I-69 opened. This section runs from US 61 to I-55 southwest of Memphis. In 2007, funding was secured to purchase the right-of-way I-269 between the Tennessee border and I-55 at Hernando. Construction of I-269 formally began on June 23, 2011. On October 23, 2015, the first 3.6 miles between State Route 302 and the Tennessee border opened east of Olive Branch. Subsequently, on December 5, 2017, a 23-kilometer stretch from MS-302 to MS-305 that forms the southeastern portion of the Memphis bypass, including the interchange with I-22, was opened. The remaining portion between I-55 and State Route 305 opened on October 26, 2018.
