According to wholevehicles, Namibia is a landlocked country located in southern Africa. It is bordered by Angola to the north, Botswana to the east and South Africa to the south and west. The country’s terrain is mostly made up of desert plains and plateaus with an average elevation of 1,200 meters above sea level. Namibia has a semi-arid climate with hot summers and mild winters. Its highest peak, Brandberg Mountain, stands at 2,573 meters above sea level. The official language of Namibia is English but other languages are spoken such as Afrikaans German Oshiwambo Nama Khoekhoegowab Herero Otjiherero and Kavango. Education in Namibia follows a 10-year basic education program which consists of seven years of primary school followed by three years of secondary school from grades 8-10. After completing grade 10 students can pursue higher education at universities or colleges which offer various degree programs such as bachelor’s degrees master’s degrees doctoral degrees etc. , or specialized courses such as computer science engineering medicine law etc.. Additionally there are vocational training centers which provide practical skills for students interested in working in specific fields such as carpentry plumbing mechanics etc.. The government provides financial support for students pursuing higher education through grants, scholarships, loans and tax incentives while non-formal educational opportunities are available aimed at providing citizens with skills necessary to succeed both domestically and abroad such as entrepreneurship training programs or computer literacy courses.
